My events
Your clients
Give each client their own link. Shortlist the designs you recommend — they see your shortlist first — and talk it through in the messages. Pro for your clients’ events is 50% off: £6 / $7.50. Seating & table plan: optional add-on per event — ask us.
Print quotes
Quotes from partner printers for your designs. Accept one and that printer gets your print file and contact details. You pay the printer directly.

Add-to-calendar for guests
Guests get Apple / Google / Outlook calendar buttons on their invitation.
Invite link
Each guest also gets a personal link (Guests tab) so their RSVP is tracked by name.

Columns read from your file: name, email, phone (optional), family side (chosson/kallah/both/planner), men/women, party (number of seats), group. Click any cell to edit.
Separate seating is on: a couple written as one guest (for example “Mr & Mrs Cohen” or “הרב ורבנית כהן”) is split into a man and a woman automatically. Their personal link lists each person with a tick, so they confirm exactly who is coming. Use “+ Person” to add children or other named guests to the same invite.

Tap a guest, then tap a table to seat them (or drag on a computer). Tap × to unseat.
Print & stationery PRO
Everything is made in your invitation’s own design and filled in from your seating plan. Tick only what you want — nothing is included unless you choose it.
Order printed
Two guest lists PRO
For example “Dinner” and “Reception only”. Each list gets its own version of the invitation. Put each guest on a list in the Guests tab.
Pick “This design” or another design you saved in My events (for example the same card with different wording or times).
Email is the bulk route for big guest lists (sending switches on once approved); WhatsApp is for personal sending and forwarding — both use the same fill-ins.
Message template
Preview per guest
Open each guest’s personal message in WhatsApp, send it, then tick “sent”. Phone numbers need the country code (e.g. 44… or 972…). For big lists, email is the easier route.
Nothing is emailed or texted from this preview — sending needs approval.
Email sending is being switched on shortly.
Your gift list — free
Two ways to do it. Pick one, or use both.
We may earn a commission from shop links. It costs you and your guests nothing extra.
Share your gift list
One link for everyone. Guests open it and tap “I’ll gift this”. The gift is held for them for 48 hours while they buy it, then they tap “Yes, I bought it” and it shows as gifted. Only you see who gave what. No payments go through the site.
For printing on the invitation or an enclosure card, or sending as a picture on WhatsApp. Scanning it opens the gift list.
Add a gift
Your gifts
On hold = a guest is buying it (held for 48 hours). Gifted = they confirmed they bought it. You can mark a gift as gifted or release it yourself. “Clicks” counts how often guests opened the shop link.
Your lists at shops
Already have a list at a shop (for example Amazon)? Paste the link — it appears on your gift list page. Add as many as you like.
Who's working on this simcha
Up to 3 collaborators besides the main owner. Everyone shares the same design, guest list, RSVPs, seating and gift list.
Invite emails need approval before they’re sent — copy the link and send it yourself for now.
